Hi again, saw your intro blog and just wanted to give you a warm SP welcome! South Georgia is a beautiful place. Drove through there in 1990. SP has lots of great ways to help you reach your goal. Come over and read my blog sometime, I've been adding new entries that have been working to lose the weight and sometimes I throw in some humor because laughter is good medicine.
