Here I am at the start again, perhaps even worse off than I was at the start of the year. I have fallen into a ghastly habit of binge eating, I just don't seem to be able to stop. My main problem is I let myself get too stressed and too tired, I am not very good at relaxing. If I'm not rushing around, I'm at the gym and then by Wednesday I'm wobbly and by Thursday morning I've fallen off the bandwagon.
I start again tomorrow morning. Strong. Determined.
I've signed up for a 14.6km run on Sunday, I know I can do it despite having never run that far before - I'm confident - but I just need to eat lightly so that I feel more comfortable on the day.
Here goes... Weight Loss 2010 take two.
